We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Suba Star. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The reception area was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights, creating a cozy atmosphere. the staff was incredibly welcoming and always greeted me with a smile. the location was superb, making it easy to visit nearby attractions.

The hot water in the shower took some time to heat up, which made it a little inconvenient. the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, but the staff was quick to provide me with firmer ones.

During our Xmas stay, we appreciated the hotel's affordable price for a room. the location was central, with ample shopping and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served daily in the hotel's restaurant.

Our overall experience at this hotel was quite negative. The room was small, poorly maintained, and there were several stains on the carpet and walls.

Location is great for those in need of accessibility. It's very near to the SG highway which makes it really easy to get a cab outside. If you're in need of medical attention, the hotel is also near a hospital. the rooms are equipped with tea-coffee makers and minibars. Hot water is also available. Breakfast choices were limited but tasty.

Service was a bit slow which can be frustrating if you're on a tight schedule.
